Terms of Service 1. Introduction Welcome to ZyroHealth, a telemedicine and pharmacy platform operating primarily in India. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. 2. Services Provided ZyroHealth connects patients with doctors, hospitals, ambulances, and pharmacies. Our services include: - Booking and paying for doctor consultations via our mobile app, WhatsApp, and website. - Ordering medicines from pharmacies on our platform. - Dispatching ambulances and locating nearby hospitals and pharmacies. 3. Eligibility Our services are not directed at children under 18. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must book services on your behalf. 4. Account Information To use our services, you must create an account providing: - Name - Phone number - Email address You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities under your account. 5. Health Information We collect health-related information to provide our services, including: - Date of birth - Gender - Blood group - Allergies - Chronic conditions - Prescriptions - Consultation history - Menstrual cycle tracking (for women's health feature) 6. Location Information We collect location data to dispatch ambulances and identify nearby hospitals and pharmacies. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of this information. 7. Payment Information Payments for consultations and medicine orders are processed via Stripe. ZyroHealth does not store full card numbers. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for the services availed. 8. Third-Party Processors We use third-party processors to facilitate our services: - Twilio for SMS/OTP - Firebase for authentication and notifications - OpenAI for our in-app AI health assistant - LiveKit for voice and video consultations - WhatsApp/Meta for WhatsApp-based interactions 9. Privacy and Data Protection Your privacy is important to us. We comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You must not: - Misrepresent your identity or health information. - Use our services to harm, threaten, or harass others. - Interfere with the operation of our services. 11. Limitation of Liability ZyroHealth is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
